No matter how well you design the learning activities, having learners go through them one after another without a thoughtful plan will eventually diminish their impact and value.
Sequencing assures that your learners are not exhausted by a previous activity just when you need them to be alert for a current one, or unable to grasp abstract ideas before experiencing concrete examples
A proper sequencing provides the learners with a pattern of relationship so that each activity has a definite purpose that is builds on the previous activity and lay ground for the next.
Sequencing is not just the matter of sequencing group of learning activities along the day flow. It is also important for keeping the learners engaged all the time along the trip in order to leave deeper and more sustainable impact and achieve Deep and Transformative Learning.

Sequencing Activities within session flow principles
Structuring: refers to structuring the main content into something that can be easily memorized. Also, every learning event is a scenario of active experience components, so designing the sequence of those activities is very important.
Sequencing: refers to designing a learning trip for learners to live, move through, progress and learn. These learners are human in the first place which means we need to consider their mental status, emotional curve, behaviors along the day and sequence the activities accordingly. The sequence of activities should vary in pace, intensity and level of learner involvement.
What we mean by repetition is repeatedly presenting the main concepts or the main structure of the course in different occasions, as repetition is one of the main principles of learner centric approach.

Linking: connecting different learning pieces together We should take care of different components of the day together. This will help learners to see the learning path and help him move smoothly towards acquiring the learning outcomes.
Summarizing: Summarizing and identifying the main key learning objectives of the whole day, which will help bring clarity to the learning group about the learning topic and emphasize the key objectives and learning lessons
