Overview

Is full experiential developmental solution over span of 3 months on 3 phases (pre-during-post)program was intended to help managers realize their employees’ potentials and build on their strengths as well as developing their improvement points.

Objective

It is an intensive development “Manager as a coach” (MaaC) program was intended to help managers realize their employees’ potentials and build on their strengths as well as developing their improvement points. Managers will use performance coaching skills and follow SeGa model for coaching sessions to develop their employees performance to meet the desired organizational goals.

Impact

According to 2014 ICF (International Coach Federation) report:

65% of employees are highly engaged in strong coaching culture organizations compared to 52% of employees in other organizations

Within the next five years, 80% of managers/leaders will expand their use of coaching skills.
