OverviewFIRST-ADLX Coach is to coach learners as part of their Learner eXperience. FIRST-ADLX Coach program is an introduction to the basics of coaching that enable the L&D professionals & managers to coach learners through coaching sessions and coaching conversations that take place outside the training environment.
The program introduces the 5S Coaching Model developed & designed by SeGa Group, which summarizes the needed skills, steps and overall spirit of the coaching session.

ObjectiveFIRST-ADLX Coach Program is an experiential developmental solution, intended to help educators, leaders, learning and development specialists build on their learners’, students’, team members’, and employees’ strengths, recognize their potentials, as well as developing their improvements.

ImpactFIRST-ADLX Coaching is done by having powerful thought-provoking conversations with learners, that enable them to reflect on their learning, performance, personality, and academics; empowering them to have more deep, individualized, and relevant experiences. L&D professionals and managers will be able to apply Active Deep Learner eXperience coaching with learners to empower them to be lifelong reflective learners, able to overcome challenges and develop their own strength. We believe that using coaching with learners will build on our Active Deep Learner eXperience (ADLX) approach. This will complete the cycle that includes design and facilitation through FIRST-ADLX Framework.
