Learner eXperience Facilitation
FIRST – LXF program ( Learner eXperience Facilitation ) is a blended learning Journey where participants get to enjoy an outstanding ADLX (Active Deep Learner eXperience) through a learning trip, an outstanding LMS (Learning Management System), online coaching and mentoring sessions, and using monitoring & evaluation reports along the whole journey.
FIRST LXF program brings the up to date facilitation practices, that are all comprehended together in FIRST Framework, and are presented in an engaging deep way.
The program is fully experiential to guarantee the mindset transformation, full of practice and feedback to maintain the skill acquisition and immediate on job application with a toolkit that enables the coaches to use during their coaching journeys.
FIRST - LXF (Learner eXperience Facilitation ) includes two waves :
Learner eXperience Design
Learner eXperience is now the new wave in learning. LXD program Targets L&D professionals and managers, introducing the SeGa learning eXperience design model, to learning designers who build capacity for the learning and development team. This will complement the full learning eXperience process and enhance the learning transfer inside the organization.
Using the FIRST Framework rubric, toolkit, and toolbox participants will be able to use the design thinking methodologies to design Active Deep learner eXperiences. They will be able to embed parallel learning outcomes that meet the organization’s culture and eXperience, within the learning journey.
The program helps participants to go beyond the curriculum design and design the complete eXperience.
FIRST - LXD (Learner eXperience Design )
includes two waves :
Learner eXperience Coaching - Students
LXC stands for “Learner eXperience Coaching,” which is coaching for the learners as part of their learning eXperience. LXC is done by having powerful thought-provoking conversations with learners, that enable them to reflect on their learning, performance, personality, and academics; empowering them to have more in-depth, individualized, and relevant experiences.
We believe that using coaching with students will build on our Active Deep Learner eXperience (ADLX) approach. This will complete the cycle that includes design and facilitation through FIRST Framework: Learner eXperience Design (LXD), Learner eXperience Facilitation (LXF), and coaching through LXC.
FIRST - LXC (Learner eXperience Coaching ) includes two waves :
Manager as a Coach
MaaC is an intensive development program where in addition to managers realizing their employees potentials and strengths,
Managers will use performance coaching skills while applying the 5S coaching model (Created & designed by SeGa Group)
to develop their employees performance to meet the desired organizational goals.
