Description of My Background & Career Before FIRST-ADLX
– Two years as a pharmacist in Saudi Arabia.
– Seven years as a pharmacy instructor & head of the department in health science institutes in Saudi Arabia.
– Ten years as Medical Education Supervisor at IMC Academy. – Pharmacist in 2003, Instructor & Head of Department in 2005, Medical Education Supervisor in 2012, Project & Training Facilitator at 2022
1st Experience: Pharmacist: worked at an outpatient pharmacy worked at the purchasing department.
2nd Experience: Head of the pharmacy department: review the contents, exams, and curriculum of the subjects of the pharmacy department Supervisor for field training: in outpatient $ inpatient pharmacy
Instructor: Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, First Aid, Biology, Physiology, and Medical Terminology.
3rd Experience: Medical Education Supervisor:
– Worked with different national and international bodies for academy’s activities accreditations such as SCFHS license for CME, Society of Critical Care Medicine for FCCS & PFCCS, and Knowledge & Human Development Authority (KHDA) of Dubai Government for total Quality Management Diploma.
– Initiate annual training and development needs assessment, Propose training and development programs and objectives, develop and monitor spending against the budget, develop and maintain organizational communications, website & emails to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources, conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results, works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.
- Work with Saudi Commission for Healthcare Specialties for the Certification Programs accreditation.
- Work with the American Society of Critical Care Medicine for the accreditation of FCCS and PFCCS.
- Managing the delivery of training and development/ Medical Education programs and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organization.
- Monitors training programs and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary.
- Reviews existing training materials produced by third parties to determine appropriateness and relevance.
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
- Make efficient use of available resources to aid in the delivery of training for IMC medical staff.
