On the 1st training day, The learning journey started with an opening speech by the school director to motivate the teacher to benefit the most from the learning journey.

Then there was a pre-opener activity in which I asked the learner to write their expectations and their emotions regarding the learning journey.

Then I want to make the teachers feel free as they can change the seat whenever he/she want and also I needed to clarify that the learning session isn’t a regular lecture. it is more of activities and interaction between the learners themselves. So, I needed some minutes as an introduction to clarify some guiding points of the learning journey.

In the next video, We will start the “On the stage” activity. As, the teacher was asked to facilitate for a minute through “Pulling” from his colleagues without “Pushing” any information. This activity’s main goal is to clarify the difference between “Pull” & “Push” during facilitation and how and when we should use these techniques during the facilitation.

Then, After an explanation for any domain of FIRST-ADLX. I give the opportunity to the teacher to facilitate a micro-facilitation session to practice what he/she learned in the previous session. And these upcoming videos are samples of these micro-facilitation sessions.

At the end of episode 4 of my case study. Please wait for the next episodes.
